This week has been grrrreat!   The friends really enjoyed learning about all the animals that live in the jungle.  We shared many interesting facts about the animals and acted like our favorite jungle animal.   Xavier pretended to be a elephant and swung his trunk (his arm) all around.

The friends enjoyed making ants on a log (celery,cream cheese, and raisins), and most of them asked for seconds.

The friends also enjoyed slithering under a chair and jumping over a step stool.

We overheard Megan say to Ms. Annemarie," My Daddy hung my picture." Ms. Annemarie shared a fascinating experience with us. She observed a leopard family in the wild.  The next day Rubie told the class,"Ms. Annemarie lived in the wild."

We are looking forward to revisiting all the animals we learned about this month and graphing our favorites.
