This has been a tremendous week!   We began the week with a Yoga Class.  The friends really enjoyed moving their bodies and Ms. Dawn was fabulous.  One of their favorite activities was grabbing pom-poms with their toes and dropping them in buckets.

The class engaged in a few graphing exercises, which were a lot of fun.   First, they choose their favorite color.   Purple was the winner!   Next, they choose their favorite ice cream and graphed it.   Chocolate had the most votes.   After the graphing the friends enjoyed a little ice cream!  

While we were graphing we emphasized  more, less, and the same.

We overheard Ayan say," I like the excavator, please"

Next week we are looking forward to the South Orange Librarian visiting our class.  Ms. Beth is always a favorite visitor.  We will also learn a new song, Yankee Doodle.

We would like to extend a BIG Thank you to Carolina, Omar's mom, for supplying us with a lot of creative and yummy snacks.   We'd also like to thank Angela, Rosie's mom,  for reading to the class and helping out on ice cream day.   Lastly, we'd like to thank Jill, Rubie's mom, for the donation of cars.  The friends really enjoy playing with them!
