The South Orange Country Day School is a culturally diverse private preschool that provides a secure, nurturing environment in which children are able to establish the solid educational foundations they need to assure success in future academic endeavors. We offer a progressive educational program for children from 2 1/2 years of age through Kindergarten.

Our Montessori classrooms provide specially-enriched surroundings in which each student progresses according to individual interests and readiness. The knowledge gained in previous years is expanded as each student is prepared for the day he or she will graduate from our school. In addition to the regular curriculum, we provide Spanish language instruction and computer experience as enrichment programs.
